What we do…
Our Nursing Agency supplies temporary staff to nursing homes, private hospitals and occupational health departments, while our recruitment agency can assist our clients with advertising as well as employing suitable members of staff to suit their requirements. Through combined services within Pathways we can provide clients with a one stop shop solution for most, if not all of their staffing needs. All staff are thoroughly vetted, including enhanced CRB disclosures and undergo expert training prior to being employed by ourselves. Pathways also offer full proforma’s for all staff should you require.
